-how does the IPL Device work?
IPL stands for Intense Pulsed Light and has gained widespread popularity for the many benefits it affords the user. Multiple uses of IPL also increase collagen production in the skin, leaving you glowing from the inside out! Due to IPL's diverse range of uses and proven results, IPL is a must for anyone wanting to look and feel their best.
- what are the suitable hair colors and skin tones?

IPL is not suitable for everyone. It is most effective on light to medium skin tones with hair ranging from natural blonde to dark brown or black. The device is not effective on very blonde, red, grey, or white hair where the smaller amount of melanin would not absorb the light energy.
-Why isn’t IPL suitable for darker skin tones?

Since dark skin contains more melanin, it could absorb more than the safe, recommended amount of light energy which may cause discomfort
